When you use Hireable Hub, we may collect: • Your name and email address (when you subscribe to the newsletter, submit the contact form, or complete a Profile Polish intake form) • Your LinkedIn profile URL (when you purchase a Profile Polish review) • Information you voluntarily share about your career goals and experience (in the intake form or contact form) • Basic usage data through any analytics tools we connect to (such as page views and CTA clicks — no personal data is attached to these) We do not collect payment information directly. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Your information is used only for the purposes you provided it: • Email addresses collected via the newsletter signup are used to send the Hireable Newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. • LinkedIn URLs and career goals submitted after purchase are used solely to complete your Profile Polish review. This information is not shared with third parties. • Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely. Review submissions are retained only as long as needed to complete and support your review. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Hireable Hub is based in the UK and operated by Tom Archbold as a student-founded business. As a UK-based service, we operate in line with UK GDPR principles.

You have the right to: • Ask what personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Withdraw consent for newsletter emails at any time To exercise any of these rights, email tom@hireablehub.co.uk.

Hireable Hub uses minimal cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, we use privacy-respecting tools that do not store personally identifiable information in cookies.

Profile Polish is a personalised LinkedIn profile review service. When you purchase a package, you receive written feedback and, depending on your package, rewritten copy for your LinkedIn profile — delivered by email within the stated turnaround time. Profile Polish is operated by Tom Archbold (trading as Hireable Hub), an entrepreneurship student at Bath Spa University.

Each package includes exactly what is listed on the Profile Polish page. Tom will review your LinkedIn profile based on the details you provide and deliver your review by email. All reviews are written personally by Tom. No AI-generated content, no outsourced work, no templates.

Profile Polish is a written review service, not a managed service. Tom will not directly edit your LinkedIn profile for you — all suggested changes are delivered as copy you can implement yourself. Profile Polish does not guarantee employment outcomes. It provides professional feedback on your LinkedIn profile to improve how your experience is communicated.

Estimated turnaround times are listed on the Profile Polish page. These are targets, not guarantees — during busy periods, Tom may take slightly longer. If your review will be delayed beyond the stated window, Tom will let you know.

By using Hireable Hub, you agree not to misuse the platform or its content. Free resources are for personal use. You may share links to resources but may not republish or resell content from Hireable Hub without permission.

Every Profile Polish review is written with genuine care and attention. If you are not satisfied with your review, get in touch.

If you feel your review did not deliver what was described, email tom@hireablehub.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it. Explain specifically what you were expecting and what you feel was missing. Tom will either revise the review at no cost or, if that is not appropriate, offer a full or partial refund. Refunds are not offered for reasons outside the scope of the review (e.g. you did not get the job, or you changed your mind before submitting your profile details).

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
