Turning Learning Into Visible Work

Most students have more experience than they think. The problem is not what they have done. It is how they are communicating it.

Hireable is the platform that helps students make their experience visible — through reviews, guides, tools, and resources built for exactly this problem.

Why Hireable Exists

The things students do not know how to frame

A student who led 200 people in a society writes “I help manage the group.” A student who worked a three-year part-time job lists it as “Barista.” A student who completed a placement at a national firm gives it two lines and moves on.

The experience is real. The impact is real. But if the profile, the CV, and the conversation do not reflect it clearly, none of it reaches the people who need to see it.

Hireable gives students the tools, the language, and the structure to change that — at whatever stage they are at.

💼

Part-time jobs

Are communication, reliability, and people skills. Most students never say so.

🎯

Society leadership

Is real management and leadership experience. It just needs the right framing.

📐

University projects

Demonstrate exactly the skills employers are hiring for. They rarely appear on profiles.

🤝

Volunteering

Shows initiative, values, and impact. Three sentences could make it visible.

📚

Coursework and learning

Applied knowledge is valuable. Students rarely know how to show it.

Wherever you are in your career journey

Hireable is built for students at every stage — from first year to first job. The tools and resources you need change as you progress. Hireable grows with you.

🎓

First and second year students

Start building a professional presence before applications become urgent. The earlier you start, the more you have to show.

📋

Placement year students

Your placement is one of your strongest assets. Hireable helps you communicate what you actually did — and what it means.

🎯

Final year students

Applying for graduate schemes and your first full-time role. Every part of your profile needs to be working for you.

🚀

Recent graduates

You are in the early career stage. Your profile should reflect where you are going, not just where you have been.

Student Results

What students say

“The most useful part was the actionable recommendations and the options provided for each proposed change. The overall and potential rating was a great idea. I'll be implementing the changes over the summer.”

About Tom

Built by a student who lived the problem

Hi — I'm Tom. I am an entrepreneurship student at Bath Spa University and the founder of Hireable. I started this because I noticed something that frustrated me at every seminar, every networking event, every conversation over coffee.

Students doing genuinely impressive work — leading societies, completing placements, building side projects — whose LinkedIn profiles said nothing about any of it. Not because they were lazy or did not care. Because nobody had ever shown them how to communicate what they had done in a language employers could see.

Hireable is my attempt to fix that. Starting with a review service, growing into a platform that helps students at every stage.
